C'est un ragout de boulettes très simple à faire et vraiment la sauce est pas mal délicieuse! La plupart du temps, je double la recette, comme ça, j'en congèle une partie.
Ingrédients:
1 lb de boeuf haché
1 oeuf battu
1/4 tasse de sauce chili ou ketchup
1/4 tasse d'oignons hachés
1 1/2 tasse biscuits aux oignons Nabisco écrasés (1 tasse dans la préparation de boulettes et 1/2 tasse comme chapelure pour rouler les boulettes)
sel, poivre
1 boîte de 284ml de consommé
1 boîte de 284ml de crème de tomate
À l'époque, les biscuits aux oignons étaient facile à trouver, maintenant, j'ai beaucoup de difficultés alors je les remplace par les Minces aux légumes de Christie.
Mélanger tous les ingrédients ensembles et former de petites boulettes. Les rouler dans le restant de chapelure de biscuits et les faire griller 5 à 7 minutes dans une poêle avec du beurre ( j'ajoute également de l'huile d'olive).
Faire bouillir le consommé et la crème de tomate dans un chaudron à fond épais genre Creuset.
Mettre les boulettes dans la sauce, couvrir et faire mijoter à feu lent pendant environ 35 minutes.
